Welcome to OKNEPPO. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of:

• Our website at okneppo.in (the "Website")
• Our mobile application Ok Neppo Fashion Academy (the "App"), available on Android (package: com.okneppo.mobileapp)
• All related services including online courses, video lessons, digital certificates, product purchases, and body measurement tools (collectively, the "Services")

OKNEPPO is operated by Nishad Fatma, located at Jhirpani, Rourkela, Odisha, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the App, accessing our Website, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration and Authentication

3.1 Account Creation

To access courses and certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• Your full name and phone number (mandatory)
• Email address (optional)

3.2 Authentication Methods

We support the following sign-in methods:

• Phone OTP: One-time password delivered via WhatsApp to your registered phone number
• Google Sign-In: Authentication using your Google account
• Truecaller: Verification using your Truecaller profile

3.3 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You must not share your account or allow others to access your purchased courses
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Courses and Digital Content

4.1 Course Access

• Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased course content
• Course access is tied to your individual account and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold
• Courses may include video lessons, documents, images, and other educational materials
• Some courses may offer free preview lessons accessible without purchase

4.2 Course Bundles

We may offer course bundles at discounted prices. Bundle purchases grant access to all courses included in the bundle at the time of purchase. Courses added to or removed from a bundle after your purchase may be updated accordingly.

4.3 Certificates

Upon completing all lessons in an eligible course, you may receive a digital certificate of completion. Certificates are issued at our discretion and are intended as proof of course completion within the Ok Neppo Fashion Academy platform.

4.4 Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Download, record, screen-capture, or reproduce any course video content
• Share, distribute, or publicly display course materials in any form
• Use course content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Attempt to bypass any content protection or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

5. Payments and Pricing

5.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR)
• We accept payment methods supported by Razorpay including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets
• Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5.2 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify course and product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect previously completed purchases.

5.3 Offline Payments

In certain cases, we may accept offline payments (cash, bank transfer). Offline payments are subject to manual verification and course access will be granted upon confirmation.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

7. Products and Physical Goods

• All products displayed on our Website are subject to availability
• Due to the handcrafted nature of our fashion products, minor variations in color, texture, or design are natural and expected
• Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Custom and made-to-order items use body measurements saved in your App profile

8. Body Measurements

The App allows you to save body measurements for custom clothing orders. By providing measurements:

• You confirm that the measurements are accurate to the best of your knowledge
• OKNEPPO is not responsible for sizing issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by you
• Measurements are stored securely and used solely for processing your clothing orders

9. Push Notifications

By using the App, you may receive push notifications regarding:

• New course and lesson availability
• Payment confirmations and order updates
• Important announcements and offers

You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings.

10. WhatsApp Communication

By registering with your phone number, you consent to receiving transactional messages via WhatsApp, including:

• OTP verification codes
• Registration confirmation and welcome messages
• Course group invitations

These are transactional messages essential for service delivery and are not marketing communications.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Website and App—including course videos, images, text, logos, designs, and software—is the intellectual property of OKNEPPO and/or its content creators
• The OKNEPPO and Ok Neppo names, logos, and branding are our trademarks
• You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access content for your own learning purposes only
• Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App or Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the App or Website
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our Services
• Share, resell, or sublicense your course access to others
• Use the Services in a way that infringes upon the rights of others
• Submit false information during registration or payment

13. Limitation of Liability

• OKNEPPO provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App, Website, or video content
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate any of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You share your account or course access with unauthorized users
• You attempt to pirate or redistribute course content

Upon termination, your access to purchased content will be revoked and no refund will be issued for violations.

15. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data through our Data Deletion Request page. Upon processing your request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records for tax compliance).

16. Changes to Terms

OKNEPPO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rourkela, Odisha, India.
